Marine steamunit B²Änga
We are the European agent (excl. Scandinavia) for B²Änga steam engines & boilers. The steam unit on offer has been in production for more than 10 years. It is a Swedish-built engine, and is constructed with modern materials but based on an ‘old world’ design.
The engine and boiler are assembled and tested.
The unit contains:
- *Engine
5 hp., bore & stroke: 92 x 82 mm., dim.: 62x30x32cm..
Engine complete with Stephenson reverse gear, lubrication nipples, bearings, assembled on a foundation with steam lubricator. Ready to run.
- *Boiler
25 kw, 32 kg.steam\hour, height 100cm excl. funnel pipe.
Complete fitted with wood covering & isolation, brass boiler top, double skin funnel with brass top, adjustable whistle & valve, gauche glass & 2x 3way valve, manometer, 2 tested safety valves (9bar), vacuum valve, 3 tap valves (water inlet, steam outlet and ‘blow clean’/drain), 2 inspection plugs.

*1 water pump hand operated incl. one-way valves & 1 autofeed pump (non adjustable)incl. one-way valves.
- Basic set of piping material (Because the configuration will be different for each hull the connection between boiler/engine, water inlet and the drain exit must be fitted/soldered locally.
- *EC certificate on pressure equipment Det Norske Veritas
- *Extensive manual in Dutch or English
